RANGER TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP & USAGE WARNING
Ranger Aerospace, the distinctive “stencil” logo, the Lightning Crest, and the tagline(s), and any natural brand derivatives and extensions in the aerospace/aviation/venture contexts are trademarked and service-marked worldwide, and are owned by the Estate of Ranger’s Founder. The brand is sometimes licensed for use by the operating companies of Ranger Aerospace and other affiliated or unaffiliated investments, but never fully released nor given away without a full proper intellectual property Agreement and appropriate cash and/or equity compensation. The “Ranger” brand in the aerospace/aviation context has been in continuous use in the public domain since September 1988. If for any reason, any law in any jurisdiction where you are located prohibits or restricts your use of this site, you agree to comply with those laws. If there is a dispute between Ranger TechWorks and a Guest, then any claim, suit, litigation, mediation, arbitration or other legal proceeding relating to that dispute must occur in Greenville, South Carolina. If any part of these terms or this site is unenforceable, unlawful or for any legal reason deemed ineffective, then that part will be removed and the rest of the terms and site will not be affected.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT
The terms and the other provisions of this site are the full and complete agreement between Ranger TechWorks and its Guests for the use of this site. The terms cannot be modified without our express written consent but may be changed by our updating these terms and posting them on this site. We will not notify any Guest of a change in the terms of use for this site. It is the responsibility of each Guest to review these terms and comply with them.
YOUR INFORMATION AND USE
With the exception of a bona fide investment proposal in which you expressly retain your property rights, whatever investment proposals, information, ideas or suggestions you provide to us (“Your Information”) through this site will become the property of Ranger TechWorks. Should we receive any economic reward or any benefit from the use of Your Information, you will have no claim to any of such economic reward or benefit, and we will not owe you anything for Your Information, unless in either case we have previously executed with you an agreement regarding compensation for Your Information. In the case of bona fide investment proposals we receive but which are not subject to an executed agreement governing use and/or disclosure, it is the practice of Ranger TechWorks to exercise commercially reasonable care in the use and disclosure of the investment proposal consistent with customary terms under which such proposals are typically received.
You agree not to post on this site or submit to us anything that is unlawful, obscene, offensive, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, profane or solicitous. Vendors, suppliers or those wishing to provide services to us should contact the appropriate representative at the offices of Ranger TechWorks and should not use this website to solicit business from us or our Guests.
Neither this site nor our web address is to be linked with any other site, indexed in another site or referenced without the express authority of Ranger TechWorks. If consent is granted, that does not mean that we endorse the company or its products or services, and we will have no responsibility with respect to the contents of that site.

When we first collect information about you, we will offer you the opportunity to “opt out” of having your Personal Information used by Ranger TechWorks should we begin using this information for periodic, general mass communications from and about Ranger TechWorks, unless otherwise required by law, court order, or other government or law enforcement authority.
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, should you decide you no longer wish for us to contact you via email or postal mail regarding our business activities, you can opt out at the time of registration or information collection.
